On behalf of the Board of Management, Principal and Staff of the College, we wish to extend congratulations to your child for having been offered a place at St. Stephen’s College based on the Secondary Entrance Assessment Examination. This is indeed an achievement!
Your child will be entering one of the best colleges in Trinidad and Tobago. We pride ourselves on our high standard of discipline and we aim to create an environment that will not only ensure the development of your child’s learning capabilities, but also one that will foster his/her all-round development.
Registration and introduction to our school will take place at the College upstairs the Michael Ramsey Building on Wednesday 9th July, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
STEP ONE
Please ensure that you have scanned the following items and have them ready to be uploaded
before filling the registration form:
1. Your child’s original BIRTH CERTIFICATE and affidavit, if necessary.
2. TWO (2) RECENT PASSPORT PHOTOS of your child on a white background (the hard copy of this photo will also be collected by the Form/Co-Form teacher on the day of registration. Ensure you write the student’s full name and class in block letters behind the photo for submission).
3. Parent or Guardian’s NATIONAL ID/PASSPORT/DRIVER’S PERMIT.
4. For foreign nationals: evidence of PIN issued AND Letter from the Immigration Department.

STEP TWO
1. Please complete the St. Stephen’s College Registration form via Microsoft Forms accessible through our online registration portal here.
This form captures all of your child’s data. Please set aside some time to complete it.
STEP THREE
ON THE DAY OF IN-PERSON REGISTRATION:
1. Attend the general plenary session for ALL students, parents and guardians. Due to limited seating, we wish to inform you that only one parent per child can be accommodated at the plenary session.
2. Visit the Form Teacher or Co-Form Teacher in-person to verify and sign the CARDEX containing the information submitted via our online registration form.
3. Take your Student ID photo. We kindly request that all students wear school appropriate hairstyle as well as minimal jewellery for the purpose of taking their Student ID photo. If possible, please also bring a St. Stephen’s College school shirt to wear while taking the photo. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you.
4. Submit TWO (2) passport-sized photos of the student on a white background. Ensure that the student’s name and form class are written behind the photo in block letters. This will be submitted to the Form/Co-Form Teacher.
5. Purchase and collect the various registration items available at the College on the day of registration:

Book lists and timetables will be available on our website. You will be informed when this information is added. Details of specialist uniforms e.g., P.E. and Dance will be specified on the booklist and in the Student and Parent Handbook.
